Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Digital Summit LLC for using Debt Director. By using the app you agree to them.

What Debt Director is

Debt Director helps you organize bills, debts, income and goals and suggests a weekly plan. It provides planning guidance, not legal, tax, investment, credit-repair or other professional advice. You decide what to pay and when, and you are responsible for paying your bills and debts on time.
Numbers in the app come from what you enter and from your connected accounts; they can be incomplete or out of date. Check important amounts and due dates with your bank, lender or biller.

Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. Only add people you trust to your household — members can see shared household data according to their role.
Don't misuse the service: no accessing other households, attacking or overloading the service, scraping, or uploading content you don't have the right to use.

Debt Director is free to use with ads and limits. Plus, Pro and Elite are auto-renewing subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID or Google Play account at the price shown before you buy.
A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Plan limits (bank connections, Coach questions, scans, refreshes and household members) are listed in the app and may change; we will tell you before a change reduces what you already pay for.

Bank connections are provided by Plaid, payments by Apple and Google, and AI by Google. Their terms apply to your use of their services.
On iPhone, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, late fees, interest or credit effects from decisions you make. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the app or these terms; continuing to use it after an update means you accept the new terms.
